Thank you for shopping at BloxDealz. We offer premium virtual assets and digital in-game items for the Roblox platform.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We strictly enforce a No-Refund Policy once a digital item has been digitally delivered and fulfilled to the customer.

The Only Exception for a Refund: We will issue a full refund if and only if the following condition is met:

• The customer completed the payment successfully but did not receive or claim the digital item.

To request a refund under this exception, the customer must contact our support team via our official Discord server or by email at our designated contact address within 14 days of the purchase date. Our team will verify the transaction and delivery logs within the game ecosystem. If the log confirms that the item was not delivered, a full refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
